Verification process in Paypal
Verification process in paypal is very simple. The account holder has to enter the credit card number in the "profile" - "add/edit credit card" section. Paypal will take $1.95 for verification process. After verification they will credit the amount into the paypal account.
Verification process in Payza (Alerpay)
Verification process is somewhat complex in Alerpay. The account holder has to enter the credit card number in the "Add credit card" section. Alertpay will take 1.00 to 2.00 Euro for verification. The amount will be shown on credit card after two or three days. Account holder has to enter the correct amount to complete the verification process. After verification they will credit the amount into the Alerpay account. If the credit card statement shows other than Euro, they have to contact their bank to get the exact Euro amount.
Dispute
Both the payment processor has the facility of Dispute. Dispute is the facility to solve the problem between buyer and seller.
In paypal transaction dispute can be done in "Resolution center" section. The payment made must be within 45 Calender days. If the dispute is in favor of the buyer, refund is made by seller. I have made four disputes in Paypal and have won all the four times and my money is refunded.
In alertpay transaction dispute can be done in "Contact us" - "send us a support ticket" section. The payment made must be within 30 Calender days. I have made six disputes in Alertpay and have won all the six disputes, but only three of my payment is refunded. For the remaining three dispute Alertpay says that the buyer has no money in their account to refund.
Currency conversion
Paypal automatically converts the currency to the account holder currency. For example if he/she has set the US Dollar has the base currency and he/she getting a payment in Euro, paypal automatically converts Euro into Us Dollar.
In Alertpay each country currency is maintained separately. To convert all into single currency he/she has to manually change the currency from one to another. For example Euro to US Dollar.
Minimum transaction amount
In Paypal the minimum transaction amount is $0.01
In alertpay the minimum transaction amount is $1.00
Withdraw methods
In Paypal money can be withdrawn through Check and transfer money directly to bank account.
In Alertpay money can be withdrawn through Check, transfer money directly to credit card and transfer money directly to bank account. Withdrawal to credit card and through check is temporarily unavailable in Alertpay.
Fee amount to withdraw
Paypal charges $1.00 to withdraw the money to the Bank account.
Payza (Alerpay) charges $15.00 to withdraw the money to the Bank account.
